We only get paid if we collect!
Collection Fee Sliding Scale
$1,000 to $100,000 collected | 35%
$100,001 and up collected | 27%
The Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor acknowledges that the above stated judgment is true and valid and in accordance with the terms stated above gives exclusive authorization to Harrison Financial Group, its agents and/or attorneys to pursue, negotiate, settle and collect from said Judgment Debtor(s). If the debtor’s assets have not been restrained, garnished, or located, plaintiff may close this case upon 60 days written notice. To the best of the Plaintiff’s/Judgment Creditor’s knowledge the judgment in question has not been satisfied, paid, assigned, compromised, discharged in bankruptcy court or rendered unenforceable in any other way. The Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor further agrees to notify Harrison Financial Group on of any payments made directly to the Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor. All settlements will be processed by Harrison Financial Group while the Client Service Agreement is in effect. There will be no upfront costs incurred to the client and HFG will only get paid a percentage of the collected amount in the percentages laid out in the CSA agreement. HFG can deduct the cost of ordinary enforcement from recovered assets, such as Marshal/Sheriff fees and/ or Subpoena witness fees, and these costs are not to exceed $200.00 without prior approval from Client.
Costs are only reimbursed from recovered assets. Should assets not be recovered, HFG is responsible for any costs expended. Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor acknowledges that Harrison Financial Group, its agents and/or attorneys, represents Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor solely for the purposes of collections. Harrison Financial and its affiliated attorneys may suggest a post judgement litigation strategy or special proceeding that we believe will benefit the client or be required in order to effectuate recovery or settlement. In the event that such proceedings are taken on by HFG affiliated attorneys and staff there will be no up-front cost incurred to the client. In the event of a financial recovery client agrees that expenses incurred from litigation can be deducted from the total recovered amount.
